I spent a gorgeous fall morning at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation in Pound Ridge, NY. This county park is over 4,700 acres of rolling fields, beautiful trees, and hillsides with dramatic vistas. This is a 5x7" plein air painting---done on location. The sun was in and out of the clouds all morning and it was a real challenge to catch the light!
