This painting is varnished, framed with a lovely antiqued gold frame, and ready to hang on your wall or stand on a table with an easel back. All it needs is a spot on your wall, or the side table to a sofa!

This is one of my favorite trees along the lakeshore here by my house. The trunk and branches have so many interesting twists and turns, and the foliage turns a bright gold in late fall. I've been meaning to get out there to paint it in winter. I guess I'd better hurry up and do that before all the snow is gone!
